The symposium fee includes a symposium pack, refreshments, a wine reception and lunch on Thursday 17 December. The symposium dinner is optional (to be paid for on arrival) and will be held at 7.30 pm on Wednesday 16 December at Michelin-starred restaurant Deanes (www.michaeldeane.co.uk).

Registration forms should be completed and sent to Alison Dunlop by email adunlop04@qub.ac.uk or alternatively by post (see address below) by 8 December 2009. After this date, a late registration fee will be charged. The registration fee and symposium dinner are to be paid on arrival at the symposium in sterling (cash only).
